Privacy Policy

This privacy policy (“Policy“) sets forth the terms and conditions under which DynaRoute.ai and its affiliates (“We”, “Us”, “Our”) process the Personal Data of an identified or identifiable natural person who is (i) a visitor or user of Our Website(s); (ii) a Subscriber or User (defined below); (iii) any Personal Data transmitted to the Service(s) by a Subscriber or User; and/or (iv) any other person whose Personal Data We collect as a Controller (“You”, “Your”, “Your”). In the event of any conflict between this Policy and applicable law, the provisions of applicable law shall prevail and we will ensure compliance with applicable law notwithstanding what is provided under the Policy and will endeavor to make the Policy compliant with applicable law.

  2.  “End User” means any person or organization with whom Subscriber interacts using the Service(s).
  3.  “Personal Data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.

  6. “Service(s)” shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the Terms of Use.
  7. “Subscriber” means a person or organization that purchases our Service(s) and/or creates an Account with Us.
  8. “Terms of Use” means the binding agreement between Us and You governing Your access to and use of the Service(s) available at https://dynaroute.ai/terms-of-use
  9. “Website(s)” means the websites we operate.
  10. “User” means any person designated as a user on the Service(s), including an account administrator, agents and other designated users.
  1. PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED BY US

We collect and receive Personal Data as follows:

  1. When you subscribe to any of our Service(s) by agreeing to the Terms of Use, we collect registration information, including your name, email address and billing address;
  2. When You download and/or use the Service(s), We automatically collect information about the type of device and operating system version You use to fulfill Our contract with You;
  3. When you use our location-enabled Service(s), such as base map and route optimization Services or our mobile applications, We collect information about your actual location through GPS and other sensor data from your device or your activity on the Service(s), such as your searches and places you have tagged, such as home or work, and things near your device, such as Wi-Fi access points, cell towers and Bluetooth-enabled devices (“Location Data“). We collect such Location Data when You give Us permission to do so through Your device and account settings;
  4. When you use or view our Website(s), information is collected through your browser’s cookies as described in section 10 herein;
  5. We collect your feedback, name and email address when you submit web forms on our Websites or use interactive features of the Websites, including to provide feedback or suggestions, make requests or participate in surveys, contests, webinars, events, podcasts, promotions, sweepstakes, request customer support, maintain and improve the Service or otherwise communicate with Us;
  6. We collect supply chain management data, including Personal Data of account managers, vendors and personnel of individual contractors, agents and third party suppliers providing services to Us.
  7. When You apply for a job with Us through Our Website or otherwise, We collect Your Personal Data, including Your Curriculum Vitae, in connection with Your job application.
  8. We may also collect or receive Your Personal Data from third party sources such as marketing lists, databases and social media, but only where We have checked that those third parties have Your consent or are legally permitted or required to disclose Your Personal Data to Us;

  1. SHARING OF PERSONAL DATA
  1. You agree that we will share Your Personal Data with our group companies and third party service providers so that they can provide You with our Service(s) and/or, if You are a Subscriber, send You information or updates about the Service(s).
  2. Where you are a subscriber, when we process your order, we may send your Personal Data to credit reference agencies and use the information obtained from these agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases.
  3. We share Personal Data with our third party service providers who host and maintain Our Websites, applications, backup, storage, payment processing, analytics and other services. These third party service providers may access or Process Your Personal Data for the purpose of providing these services to Us.
  4. We may share Your Personal Data with third party providers who assist Us with marketing and promotions in accordance with applicable law.

  1. We process Personal Data mainly in USA. However, we may transfer Personal Data outside USA for the purposes set out in clauses 4 and 5. We will ensure that the recipient of your Personal Data offers an adequate level of protection at least comparable to that provided under applicable data protection laws.

If you are resident in the European Economic Area and your Personal Data is processed outside the EEA, we will ensure that the recipient of your Personal Data offers an adequate level of protection, for example by entering into standard contractual clauses for the transfer of Personal Data approved by the European Commission (Article 46 General Data Privacy Regulation, 2016) or we will seek your prior consent for such international data transfers.
