In the event of any conflict between this Policy and applicable law, the provisions of applicable law shall prevail and we will ensure compliance with applicable law notwithstanding what is provided under the Policy and will endeavor to make the Policy compliant with applicable law.

- “End User” means any person or organization with whom Subscriber interacts using the Service(s).

- PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED BY US
We collect and receive Personal Data as follows:
- When you subscribe to any of our Service(s) by agreeing to the Terms of Use, we collect registration information, including your name, email address and billing address;
- When You download and/or use the Service(s), We automatically collect information about the type of device and operating system version You use to fulfill Our contract with You;
- When you use our location-enabled Service(s), such as base map and route optimization Services or our mobile applications, We collect information about your actual location through GPS and other sensor data from your device or your activity on the Service(s), such as your searches and places you have tagged, such as home or work, and things near your device, such as Wi-Fi access points, cell towers and Bluetooth-enabled devices (“Location Data“). We collect such Location Data when You give Us permission to do so through Your device and account settings;
- When you use or view our Website(s), information is collected through your browser’s cookies as described in section 10 herein;
- We collect your feedback, name and email address when you submit web forms on our Websites or use interactive features of the Websites, including to provide feedback or suggestions, make requests or participate in surveys, contests, webinars, events, podcasts, promotions, sweepstakes, request customer support, maintain and improve the Service or otherwise communicate with Us;
- We collect supply chain management data, including Personal Data of account managers, vendors and personnel of individual contractors, agents and third party suppliers providing services to Us.

- SHARING OF PERSONAL DATA
- You agree that we will share Your Personal Data with our group companies and third party service providers so that they can provide You with our Service(s) and/or, if You are a Subscriber, send You information or updates about the Service(s).
- Where you are a subscriber, when we process your order, we may send your Personal Data to credit reference agencies and use the information obtained from these agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases.
- We share Personal Data with our third party service providers who host and maintain Our Websites, applications, backup, storage, payment processing, analytics and other services. These third party service providers may access or Process Your Personal Data for the purpose of providing these services to Us.
